Denver Health Medicaid Choice is a group of doctors, clinics, hospitals, pharmacies and other providers who work together to give our members the health care they need. Individuals who are eligible for Medicaid and live in Adams, Arapahoe, Denver or Jefferson County can enroll in Medicaid Choice.
Denver Health has eight family health centers and twelve school-based health centers located throughout metro Denver. Medicaid Choice includes added benefits above those offered by Fee-for-Service Medicaid, such as over-the-counter medicine, immunizations, prescriptions and office visits at no cost to the member.
